Short Biography

Adila Reza Hasan is an Assistant Professor and Student Advisor at the Department. She had her Master’s Degree (Taught) in 2016 in Organisational Change and Development from the University of Manchester under Commonwealth Scholarship. Her areas of academic and research interests include organisational change, governance, e-governance, human resource management and organisational behaviour. She has published in academic journals both nationally and internationally on issue and areas pertinent to organizational change and development and governance.

In addition to her 8 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level she has worked as a research assistant in National Governance Assessment Framework (NGAF), UNDP.  Also, she worked as a researcher in Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP) project, World Bank
