Short Biography:
Mohammad Bashir Mia Khadem is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department. Before Joining in the Department, Khadem joined the Police Department as an ASP (30th BCS), and successfully passed out from BPA, Sardah, Rajshahi. Prior to that, Bashir also worked in the Department of Public Administration, Jahangirnagar University as a Lecturer between 2011-2012.
As a Commonwealth scholar, Khadem completed his Master's degree in HRM (ID) from the University of Manchester, UK with the nomination of "Student of the Year" for distinguished academic achievement. Dhaka University Dean's Award and President Gold Medal are remarkable achievements of Khadem. Mr. Bashir attended many national and international conferences, and travelled in India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan, Dubai, Qatar, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Netherland, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, UK and USA. Mr. Bashir’s major areas of research interest are HR policy, Community Policing and Financial Management.
